These terms govern your use of the marketing website at jubal.law. They do not govern any product or service Jubal may make available later — those are subject to a separate written agreement signed at the point of onboarding.

What this site is

The Jubal Law website is a marketing and waitlist-capture site. It is not the product. The product is a desktop application available, by invitation, to firms in the founding cohort beginning in summer 2026.

Not legal advice

Jubal is a tool used by attorneys. Jubal does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing on this website is legal advice. Reading this website does not create any kind of professional relationship between you and Jubal.

Acceptable use

Don't do anything illegal, abusive, or designed to disrupt the website, including: scraping at high volume, attempting to bypass our anti-spam measures, submitting fictional or third-party emails to the waitlist, or attempting to access non-public parts of the system.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — text, design, code, logos — is owned by Jubal, Inc. or its licensors. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts for journalistic or commentary purposes; commercial reuse requires written permission.

No warranty

The website is provided as-is, without any warranty. We make no representation that the founding cohort will open at any specific date or that any specific firm will be invited.

Changes

If we change these terms in any material way, we will note the change at the top of the page and, where it affects anyone on the waitlist, send an email summarizing the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
