- Is there an annual contract?
- No. Plans are month to month, with no annual contract: cancel any time, and it takes effect at the end of the billing period. Prefer to pay for a year? A prepaid year is 10% off.
- What does procurement need?
- The Trust Center lists every control with its status, the subprocessor list names every provider that touches your data, and a data processing addendum is available on request. - Is our company's data used for training?
- Jubal does not train any model on your prompts and documents, and configures its providers not to.
