§ 03 · Pricing questions
The fine print, in plain language.
A prorated first charge when you start, then every invoice on the 1st of the month. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect on the 1st.
Base seats pause — add usage or upgrade and keep going. Pro and Max seats keep working; usage beyond the allowance is metered at the same rate and lands on the next invoice.
A higher-effort mode for the hardest work — complex synthesis, long filings, dense records. Pro and Max seats have it; Standard handles everyday questions and drafting on every plan.
The firm is the client — one subscription, one card, one invoice, managed by the firm's billing owner. Plans are chosen per seat, so a firm can run one Max, two Pro, and three Base seats on a single bill.
